My friend Kara Bauer, who I have known since she first found my blog in 2006, is at it again with innovative ideas to help us incorporate healthier eating into our busy lives.
When I first met Kara she was a health and wellness coach for clients in the U.S. and Argentina. For more information on Kara’s coaching business you can find her website at www.karabauer.net.
Now Kara, always on the cutting edge, has brought the first vegetarian-vegan meal service Cocina Verde in Buenos Aires. Cocina Verde will offer delicious dishes that you can enjoy in your home or at work on a weekly basis.
All of their offerings are a combination of vegetarian-vegan (contains no meat, eggs or dairy), raw-live food (nothing cooked over 44°C), gluten-free and organic and are labeled accordingly with a list of ingredients. Although many of the meals are ready-to-eat, there are some that are pre-cooked and would be better re-heated using your oven or stove include the “heat and serve” label.
If you've ever thought about changing the way you eat or have wanted to try raw food (which is so yummy) then the time is here to try something new. Check out the Cocina Verde menu and give it a try. Your body and your stomach will say thank you!
