Medicus didn't really support natural birthing options. One of the best things to do would be to talk to Dr. Burgo's office since he would be the one to really understand what can and can't be done.

Overall I love Medicus and was happy with them for the coverage they gave me for the pregnancy. But I was always discouraged from home birth options.

About choosing your hospital I would definitely choose ahead of time. You can go and tour the hospitals.

I would suggest getting your insurance coverage BEFORE you get pregnant. If you are already pregnant, talk to Beatriz Tort and she can send you in the direction of some other possibilities with different companies.

On the citizenship part, your child born there would have automatic citizenship however what you would get would be the right to apply for residency. I'm not sure about your 7 year old, you should speak to a professional about that.

i'm also curious about coverage for the birth. You mentioned having Medicus in your e-book. Does Medicus cover any part of Natural Birth? i didn't see too much about it, except one part about home check-ups.

Hello ... I am interested in giving birth in Argentina. I understand that my unborn child if born in the country has citizenship by birth, therefore the mother has the right to citizenship. However what happens to my 7 year old daughter? her father and I are divorced and I am the custodial parent even though there is no court order. Will my older child have problems obtaining citizenship? Also in terms of giving birth do I choose a hospital when I go into labor or can I choose one before I have the baby? Also curious about insurance coverage for the birth.
