The syndication of information has become a hot item for people who blog, as it offers a means for readers to easily track updates without necessarily having to visit the site to check for new posts. For instance sites such as Bloglines offer the ability to track not just blogs, but major news and articles as well, in a single site. It's almost like having a personalized newspaper where you can follow news that is of interest to you. I use it as a way to track all of my favorite topics.
