I know I've talked about Medicus before. And that I've mentioned how well it has worked out for both me and my pregnancy and for my husband. But, I just can't resist talking again about Beatriz Tort, the woman who not only signed us up for our plan, but has consistently been there helping us every step of the way when we have a question about our insurance plan. She really is a special person in my book in this city of people who don't normally go out of their way to help you unless there is a monetary gain for them. The concept of customer service is still a far cry from what I'm used to in the States, but Beatriz not only meets, but exceeds what I expect.
